Back when I was in the Air Force, I was a Flight Engineer. I was also enough of a nerd about technical stuff that, eventually, the two words got welded together: Engineer + Nerd = Enginerd.

That Engin3rd became the name for the things that followed — projects I build, fix, modify, overcomplicate, take apart, and occasionally put back together correctly.

The point is not to pretend every project is polished or revolutionary. It is to learn something, make something useful, and document enough of the chaos that the next version is better.
